"Paul Dini recently revealed that an upcoming episode of the new series Batman:the Brave and the Bold will wrap up the lose ends left in the mystery of Red X. "

Is there a reference for this? --Kryptocow 03:58, 18 June 2009 (UTC)

Actually, that is really a good point; I've tried to confirm this, but the info was a bit confusing. I'm not sure, but I'll look into it. Ralnon 15:57, 19 July 2009 (UTC)

"Red X is awesome. I like him better than Robin." That's what a friend of mine said. Personally I don't really care.

Aside infiltrating the T tower to stealth the suit, has Red X shown some other stealth ability? If so I think it could be added to his power and abilities section.

Identity?

Huh? Since when is Jason Todd revealed to be Red X? I mean, that's who I think it is/would like it to be, but it's not really revealed is it?

Red X is most likely Savant, if anyone. Jason Todd aka Red Hood, always took out the bad guys, with guns. He didn't steal, and he was VERY serious.Their personalities don't match. So I say if Red X were to be someone ( and not just the creators having some fun ) he's most likely Savant. Burn, Burn in the Flames of Defeat !

Jason Todd wasn't always Red Hood, dude. There was some source for it, a brief freeze-frame moment of some kind, but I don't remember off the top of my head. OzzMan 19:10, August 8, 2011 (UTC)

Joker was the first Red Hood. Jason was the second Robin. Burn, Burn in the Flames of Defeat !

Correct.--OzzMan 21:16, August 8, 2011 (UTC)

Apparently, Glenn Murakami confirmed that they DID decide on a secret identity for Red X, but never released it for some reason. I'd settle for him just tweeting it at this point. I Make Lame Edits 02:19, August 22, 2011 (UTC)

Apparently his identity will be revealed in the upcoming Teen Titnas Go! TV series on Cartoon network's DC Nation block. 71.82.215.20 05:03, August 14, 2012 (UTC)

I fixed it, changed it to "unknown" because it technically is. Even if it is probably Jason Todd, there has been no formal statement telling us that it is. TkaiaWolf (talk) 01:29, November 30, 2012 (UTC)

I personally beleive that Red X might be Grant Wilson, first son of Deathstroke from the main continuity of the DC Universe.Cris joe (talk) 12:44, August 1, 2013 (UTC)

I know this is somewhat old but if people are throwing around ideas for Red X, I have one of my own. A lot of people are looking at Jason Todd being Red X as he did become Red Hood after his death and it would make sence considering his dialogue (he talks about how he knows how to be a hero but chooses not to be one and that he works for himself) and his combat abilitys riveling that of Robin's in the series. However, this would fit a lot of different characters throughout the Dc universe. Personally, I think it's Rose Wilson, Slade's daughter and the new Ravenger. There are a lot of things that allude to Red X being male but that cliche has been done many times before (a masked character is he and him but turns out to be a girl in disguise). Also, Rose is part of the Teen Titans, so while she may be acting against them in this version, many things were changed in this animated universe for various reasons (Slade, Brother Blood etc.). Plus, she has the combat abilities necessary to fit Red X's. I could be wrong and if the identity is ever revealed I guess we'll find out who really is behind the mask, but I doupt it's going to be Jason Todd if for nothing else than that's what everyone's expecting so it would end up being a boaring reveal (plus how do they explain it without doing into death which is usually avoided as best as possible?) Very possible red x identity

I have a very good point for this seriously

In the episode x red x asks robin something then calls him chuckles

In the comic about kilowatt which seems to be before the episodes with the new red x since kilowatt is already there the alternate dimension robin says to robin I was about to ask you the same thing chuckles

Either robins new name is chuckles or I just figured something out

Identity maybe

I have noticed that red x has many of the abbilities slade processes. At some point it is revealed he has a son Chris and a daughter rose. We know about rose but the just said Chris was possibly killed. Maybe it's Chris in disguise running from his past. Even though his father turned good for a moment I would still run. And what ever happened to slade he should have been in the last battle that would have made it cooler. Cat81

Breaking news

David slack has tweeted twice about red x on October 18 in answer to a few questions! These tweets should be added to the red x page as trivia!
